The reality star-turned-fashion designer has daughter Harlow, three, and son Sparrow, two, with husband Joel Madden. She told WWD that she might be a busy working mum, but she still likes to dress to impress.
'I'm still wearing five-inch heels,' the 30-year-old said. 'My fashion really hasn't changed at all.'
But she admitted that her wardrobe has come a long way since she was a little girl.
'My mum used to always get us matching dresses for everything, so I was wearing the poufy skirt version of whatever my mum was wearing, and I had the worst, hairiest eyebrows and a big afro,' she said. 'That was before I was allowed to use a flatiron.
'So basically my entire childhood [is my biggest red-carpet regret]. My parents' house has framed pictures of those nights all over the house and it's terrible!'
But the House of Harlow and Winter Kate designer said she can't quite place her finger on when the turning point in her style took place.
'It's so hard for me to answer that question whenever I get asked!' she said. 'It's not that deep for me, it's whatever I feel comfortable in at that time. I really look at fashion as a form of self-expression, so just like how your moods change, my fashion choices change all the time.'
