One Direction have been forced into healthy eating regime.
The 'Little Things' pop stars have reportedly been assigned full-time private chef Sarah Nicholas to help get more fruit and vegetables into their systems.
A source told the Daily Mirror newspaper: 'Sarah worked with the guys on their last tour and became like a surrogate mum for them all, particularly Harry [Styles].
'She tries to offer the boys their favourite foods but healthier versions of them, using natural, often organic ingredients. They particularly like Mexican food.'
The switch comes with the boy band's 'hectic' touring schedule meaning they need to start eating more nutritious meals to stay fit and healthy.
The insider added: 'With 1D's hectic schedule and gruelling lifestyles, it's essential they eat properly and start looking after themselves.
'This basically means Sarah has been charged with getting more fruit and veg down them, and staving off colds as much as possible. They're currently drinking loads of smoothies.'
The heart throbs recently discussed other dinner plans as Louis Tomlinson revealed David Beckham is his ideal party guest.
He said: 'I would have Natalie Portman because you need someone fit and maybe David Beckham, because I've always wanted to meet him. Lastly, my grandad Len ... yeah.'
