The countdown is on for One Direction's eagerly anticipated new video for their heart-melting track "Little Things."
Knowing that the anticipation may be unbearable, the fivesome decided to give fans a teaser per day from each member of One Direction to get them excited and offer a sneak peek of the upcoming video, which premieres Friday.
The first "Little Things" teaser was posted by 1D's Niall Horan. In the 30-second black-and-white clip, Horan is seen strumming his guitar, fiddling with knobs in the recording studio and laying down vocals for the swoon-worthy track, while each moment is captured by a Polaroid picture.
On Tuesday, it was Zayn Malik's turn to take the spotlight, with his 30-second teaser tweeted by the group.
Again, the clip is set in the studio with photos capturing Malik's actions, including shaking a tambourine and performing on his acoustic guitar. Malik also shows off a lighter side, laughing with the group and making funny faces.
Not surprisingly, fans are loving these teaser clips and flooding the boy band's Twitter and YouTube with comments. "So good to see your comments on 'Little Things' we're so happy that you like it," Harry Styles tweeted. "Can't wait for you to hear the rest of the album .xx"
"Little Things," which is the follow-up to the group's upbeat single "Live While We're Young," is one of two tracks penned by British singer/songwriter Ed Sheeran for One Direction's upcoming release, Take Me Home.
"It was written about the best things about someone, kind of like the things you wouldn't expect," Sheeran told last month. "You'll have to hear it. I can't really say too much, 'cause it's their album. I want them to be the first ones to announce it and stuff."
Take Me Home hits stores November 13.
