One Direction let cameras into the dressing room for their 3D movie.
The boy band are giving fans a glimpse into their everyday lives in One Direction: This Is Us, which hits screens from August.
Niall Horan and bandmates Zayn Malik, Harry Styles, Louis Tomlinson and Liam Payne were filmed in even the most intimate situations.
"It is more of a documentary than concert; a behind-the-scenes insight into what goes on," Niall revealed to Irish radio station RTE2.
"The fans standing outside the stadium, they don't know what goes on in the dressing room."
The boys have amassed an army of adoring fans since 2011 smash hit What Makes You Beautiful.
Niall has an inkling they will be pleased with this candid insight into One Direction's life.
"I think this is what they want; the fans know us but they know the public perception but it would be good for them to see us as friends and as people," he explained.
With fans comes a huge Twitter following for the boys.
Heartthrob Harry is currently in the lead, but there's no bad blood between the guys.
"We do rib each other, saying, 'You have got more followers,' it's a bit of a laugh," Niall smiled.
"But I know this sounds like the media training answer, but I think whatever is good for One Direction is good for me."
One Direction shot to fame after coming third in The X Factor UK in 2010.
Niall sometimes can't believe his luck when he looks at his life now - even if the paparazzi don't always make things easy.
"It's a bit of a struggle to get around taking photos and that, but I'm not complaining; that's what I signed up for. It's hard to believe. I just can't describe it - it's mad what has happened in the last few years," he marvelled to the Irish Mirror.
"You wake up every day and look around and see where you are and even when we're on TV or a music channel it doesn't even register that it's you."
