One Direction star splashes out on car

One Direction's Zayn Malik has splashed out on a luxury car.

The singer was spotted signing paperwork at a dealership in the UK this week.

He has reportedly snapped up a second-hand black Bentley Continental GT at the cost of £32,000.

"He was spotted peering through the glass at a Hertfordshire dealership on Tuesday. Zayn then got behind the wheel of the luxury motor, before heading inside to chat to staff. The singer signed some papers," reports British newspaper The Sun.

The luxury motor will certainly rival that of bandmate Harry Styles, who treated himself to a car worth £100,000 earlier this year. The One Direction heartthrob opted for a sporty Audi R 8 coupe in April.

Despite their tender years, the One Direction boys have been raking in money since forming on the UK version of The X Factor 2010. They have enjoyed several number one hits and tours in Europe and America.
