To mark the release of their first ever DVD, One Direction are inviting fans from all around the world to join them in a Twitter viewing party.
During the viewing party fans will have the opportunity to talk to the band directly on Twitter, while the boys will also be following back fans and offering out prizes.
At 5.30pm BST on Thursday 31st May, the boys - Harry, Niall, Zayn, Liam and Louis - will be pressing play on their DVD player and watching along to "Up All Night – The Live Tour." Using the hashtag #1DVDWatchParty, the band will be tweeting about their favourite moments, as well as sharing behind-the-scenes stories and gossip!
All the while, they'll be interacting with everyone else watching, by adding fellow viewers to their follow list and retweeting their favourite comments. The concert, which was filmed in Bournemouth, features all of their much-loved hits, as well as some well-chosen covers and a few surprises.
One Direction recently announced that their single 'What Makes You Beautiful' has been certified double platinum in the USA for selling 2 million digital copies.
The first ever UK band to debut at No. 1 on the US Billboard Chart with their first album, they've repeated this success worldwide. Overall, One Direction's global smash debut album, 'Up All Night', entered the charts at No.1 in 15 countries and has been certified triple platinum in Ireland, double platinum in the UK & Australia, and platinum in New Zealand.
