Paris Hilton is reportedly hunting for homes in New York City so she can be closer to family.
The socialite-and-disc jockey is currently celebrating her sister Nicky's engagement to James Rothschild.
Apparently Paris is so excited about the impending union, she is looking to move to the Big Apple in order to aid her sibling with wedding preparations.
"Paris [is] looking at penthouse apartments downtown so she can be closer to her sister Nicky, who lives in New York, and her brother Barron, who also lives here," a source told Page Six. "Nicky is getting married soon, and so Paris really wants to be able to help her sister and be involved in the wedding plans. She also loves New York, having grown up in the city."
Nicky accepted James' hand in marriage in August and it's claimed Paris began searching for apartments in the city last Friday.
The 33-year-old heiress seems to have a lot to celebrate at this time, as her DJing career was thriving over the summer.
After her Foam and Diamonds party at the club Amnesia in Ibiza was such a hit with fans, the owner of the venue asked her to stay on to do some more nights there.
Paris revealed last year that she considers herself one of the top five earning DJs in the world.
Asked how she was finding being a DJ, Paris replied: "I love it. I'm one of the top five in the world, so..."
According to reports, Paris can earn between $100,000 and $350,000 per hour when she takes to the decks for a DJ set.
