Pete Doherty could be facing five years in jail after breaking into a German music shop, it has been reported.
The former Libertines singer, who is currently serving six months in jail for cocaine possession, could now face a further five years after allegedly breaking into a music shop during a drunken night out in Germany.
German prosecutors are now pressing charges over the incident, which Doherty claims he has no memory of doing, reports The Sun.
The allegedly stolen items from the music shop were found abandoned in the town's main square.
The singer, who has been jailed twice before, was arrested last year as part of an investigation into the death of heiress Robyn Whitehead.
