Overview
The Voice have announced that Pharrell Williams will join the show as a coach on the US version of the singing contest.
The prolific musician and producer will replace current coach Cee Lo Green for season seven. Williams previously guested on the show in season four when he served as a mentor to Usher and his team.
The announcement comes with Pharrell's popularity at an all time high, following the release of his debut album G I R L, as well as appearances on hit songs 'Get Lucky' by Daft Punk and 'Blurred Lines' by Robin Thicke.
