Local and federal authorities are beefing up security in Philadelphia in anticipation of Saturday's Live 8 show. Philadelphia police officers will have uniformed, plainclothes and bicycling officers patrolling the concert.
Police won't say how many officers will be working the streets, but increased patrols will begin at 6 AM for a show that won't start until around noon. A no-fly zone will be in effect above the concert area. The FBI has not received any specific threats. However, FBI spokeswoman Jerri Williams says they know people all over the world will be watching and they recognize "it's an opportunity to make a statement to be heard."document.write(unescape("
