President Obama Wants Jay-Z, Arcade Fire, Alicia Keys For Re-Election Campaign

Barack Obama has given campaign donors a long list of  famous faces he wants for his upcoming re-election campaign, including  Jay-Z and Arcade Fire.

The US president will face voters in November in a bid to win a second term in the White House.  A list – printed via Rolling Stone, lists Vampire Weekend, Maroon 5 frontman Adam Levine, Janelle Monae, Jack Johnson, The Roots and John Legend of supports from the music industry.

The list also includes a number of celebrity endorsements for Obama's re-election campaign.  -Jay-Z, John Legend and Jamie Foxx all backed the President during his 2008 campaign, which saw him become the first black president in the United States.
Beyonce also announced that she will be backing President Obama for a second term in the re-election this year.

The singer, who performed at the Etta James classic "At Last" during the Obamas first dance as president at the inaugural ball in 2009, believes he is doing a 'great job'.

''I did the first time and I will again. I think he's doing a great job. I think he's fantastic. I think he needs another term, he needs more time,'' Beyonce told CNN's Piers Morgan.
