'Regis and Kelly' Spoof Gaga, Bieber, Katy Perry for Halloween

Regis Philbin and Kelly Ripa are known for throwing down with the best Halloween-costumed celebrities in the business (see last year's Lady Gaga, Susan Boyle and "Thriller" tributes), but the daytime duo outdid itself this year, taking on Justin Bieber, Cher, the cast of "Glee," Katy Perry, and multiple versions of Gaga.

On today's Halloween episode of "Live with Regis and Kelly," Philbin dressed up as the Biebs for a bit about the MTV VMAs, while Ripa worked overtime by dressing up as Gaga in a meat dress, a "veggie dress," a "fish dress," and a "meat purse"-holding Cher.

The creepiness factor went up about a million notches, though, when several more Gaga costumes graced the set, with Philbin stealing the show in a replica of the look that Gaga wore to the 2010 Grammys.

Earlier in the show, Philbin took on the role of Elmo alongside Ripa as Katy Perry, in a nod to the pop star's controversial "Sesame Street" segment that was banned from the airwaves. 

Along with their music-themed costumes, Philbin and Ripa also dressed up as Snooki and Pauly D from "Jersey Shore," stylist Rachel Zoe, the Kardashians, the cast of "Modern Family" and disgruntled JetBlue flight attendant Steven Slater.
