Overview
The Mediterranean-style compound, which was originally listed at $18.9 million, is close to their existing home but is completely private and set behind hedges on almost four wooded acres.
The gated property includes a main house, a guesthouse, a swimming pool, a detached theatre, a wine room, a tennis court with a clubhouse and a caretaker's cottage.
The 1940s house also has seven bedrooms and 10 bathrooms.
The couple, who have two children, already own a home in the nearby Sunset Strip area and are reportedly now renting out that house for $9,000 a month.
