SPINAL TAP have announced they will play one night at Wembley Arena this summer.
The spoof heavy metal band will play the One Night Only World Tour at the north London venue on June 30.
It will mark the 25th anniversary of This Is Spinal Tap, the iconic film about the rock band.
They will be supported by The Folksmen, who found fame themselves after featuring in the documentary film A Mighty Wind'.
Guitarist Nigel Tufnel said: "If we're going to do a world tour on only one night, at least it's this world."
Bassist Derek Smalls added: "One night is not enough, and it's way too much!"
Tickets go on sale this Thursday (09.04.09).
Spinal Tap first appeared in the 1984 "mockumentary" This Is Spinal Tap, which has since become a cult classic.
They recorded two albums off the back of their success, the last one being Break Like The Wind in 1992.
They briefly reformed to perform at Live Earth at Wembley Stadium in 2007.
The band, who came from a fictional London neighbourhood called Squatney, was the brainchild of American actors Michael McKean, who played David St Hubbins, Harry Shearer aka Derek Smalls and Christopher Guest, who starred as Nigel Tufnel.
