Singer and TV presenter Stacey Solomon is challenging teens to create their ultimate milkshake recipe through a new app launched today on the 'make mine Milk' Facebook page.
The 'make mine a Milkshake' Facebook application calls on the campaign's 135,000 fans to create their own milkshake by adding ingredients such as strawberries, pineapple, and chocolate to a glass of low-fat milk. To complete their milkshake, entrants will then be asked to add toppings and give their milky creation a name.
The prize for the entrant who comes up with the most creative and delicious-sounding milkshake – which will be chosen by Stacey herself – is to meet up with the former X Factor star to share the winning milkshake together.
The app can be found at www.facebook.com/makemineMilk by clicking on the 'make mine a Milkshake' tab. The competition is open for entries until the end of September.
Speaking about the competition, Stacey said: "Hopefully 'make mine a Milkshake' will inspire lots of milkshake-making this August. I love all kinds of milkshakes so I'm really looking forward to seeing all the recipes that 'make mine Milk' fans come up with!"
Stacey Solomon was recently unveiled as the latest celebrity to support the 'make mine Milk' campaign and charity BeatBullying. The partnership has also included a project with schools which teaches children to celebrate diversity and to help overcome bullying.
