Swing Out Sister return with a 'Beautiful Mess'

Swing Out Sister release their ninth studio album in the UK on Monday 8th September. The new album is entitled 'Beautiful Mess' and features the single 'Something Every Day', to be released as a digital download single on September 1st.

The band's ninth studio album, evokes a more intimate, jazzy sound. Corinne Drewery's voice has a more mature timbre, supported by Andy Connell's unusually restrained, rhythm-heavy backdrop, yet still interwoven with their signature string and vocal arrangements featuring Gina Foster. The latter also collaborated on the writing of three songs, Something Every Day, Butterfly and My State of Mind.
