The Duke Spirit follow-up their acclaimed Ex Voto EP with firey new single 'The Step & The Walk', released next week on You Are Here.
'The Step & The Walk' is a melting pot of fuzzy riffs, pounding percussion and lead singer Liela Moss's uniquely sweet yet feisty vocals. As audiences throughout the country have seen, Moss's commanding stage presence is truly unmatched; her all but swaggering demeanor, striking looks and heartwrenching (and heartfelt) voice leaving a sea of crowds in the palm of her hand.
'The Step & The Walk' was produced by renowned Queens of the Stone Age and Soulwax producer Chris Goss at the legendary Rancho de la Luna recording studio at the Joshua Tree in Sacramento, California, and precedes the much-awaited second studio album from The Duke Spirit, entitled Neptune and scheduled for release on Feb 4th.
