THE KILLERS have revealed that they have started work on a covers album.
Drummer Ronnie Vannucci said they have already recorded their own versions of Murray Head's "One Night in Bangkok" and a Cyndi Lauper song.
He said: "We have a couple in the can but I don't know when the hell we'll get it off the ground to release it. It's going to be one of those things that will be more fun for us than anybody else.
"I think it's still a while off but things move kind of fast with us and get cooking, so it could just be when we have a collection of songs for the press, we'll put it out there."
The band are also set to release a DVD later this year.
Vannucci added: "We're working on some ideas for what will be our first DVD. We've been kind of hounded about it for a while, and haven't thought we were due for it yet.
"I think it's time. I think we're approaching the moment of DVD mass hysteria."
