The National were joined by Sufjan Stevens and composer Nico Muhly onstage at London's O2 Academy Brixton last night (December 29).
Guitarist Aaron Dessner welcomed Stevens onto the stage for their song 'Afraid Of Everyone', which he performed guest vocals on.
Later on Nico Muhly – who arranged several songs on The National's latest album, 'High Violet' – joined the band for 'Sorrow'. Stevens and Muhly came back on for the encore, helping the band out for 'Terrible Love'.
