The Transplants cancel festival appearance

The Transplants have been forced to cancel their appearance at this year's Reading and Leeds Festivals.

The band were set to play the at the Reading site on August 27 before heading to Leeds the following day (28), but have been forced to pull out due to illness.

A statement said: “The band would like to apologise to their fans, wish them all a great festival and hope to be back as soon as possible.”
