The Voice finalists Sally Barker and Jermain Jackman are set for Top 40 success with songs performed on the final of this year's The Voice UL.
Following the final of the talent competition on Saturday (5 April), which drew a ratings low for the series, the two contestants have landed themselves in the charts with tracks performed on the show. 6.6 million viewers tuned in to see Jermain Jackman win the 2014 series of the talent show.
Sally Barker's performance of Olly Murs' 'Dear Darlin' turned out as the most popular, currently placed at No.29 on the UK iTunes chart. Jermaine Jackman's winning performance of 'And I Am Telling You I'm Not Going' is trailing slightly at No.33. Finalist Christina Marie is at No.40 with her version of 'The Power Of Love'.
Further covers from the show's finalists, including Christina Marie's 'Fix You' cover, Jamie Johnson's 'I Can't Make You Love Me' and 'Missing You' and Sally Barker's 'From Both Sides Now' and 'To Love Somebody' are also inside the iTunes Top 100.
Jackman was announced the winner of the third series of the Voice, stating that the win was emotional for him. "It's just been so overwhelming," he said. "It still hasn't hit me yet - just what happened last night, on stage and the partying, seeing all the other contestants of the whole series has been so overwhelming."
