Tommy Lee helped set a new world record last week by getting a tattoo while 45,000ft in the air.
During his Revolution Air flight to the Winter Music Conference in Miami, the Motley Crue drummer - who already has many designs inked on his body - had a large peacock etched on his skin by tattoo artist Mario Barth.
The tattoo means Barth is now in the Guinness Book of World Records for being the 'First-Ever to Perform a Tattoo in High Altitude'.
Barth said: "I actually came up with the idea a couple of years ago, and I was just waiting for the right guy to do it with it because it's so unusual."
He said the tattoo took much of the flight from Burbank, California, to complete, adding: "I put the tattoo machine down a minute before we touched down."
Lee told the New York Post newspaper: "Mario at Starlight Tattoo is the best tattoo artist in the world."
Barth's celebrity clients include Lenny Kravitz, Ja Rule and Lee's bandmate Nikki Sixx.
