Tony Christie 50 date UK tour

Tony Christie is pleased to announce the first leg of his 50 date UK tour which he will play in celebration of his 50th anniversary in music and the release of his new album, 'Now's The Time!'. The tour begins in April 2011 and will see him visit every corner of the UK in the biggest tour of his career.

'Now's The Time!' is Tony Christie's nineteenth studio album, and will be released on 7th February 2011, through Acid Jazz Records. The album picks up from where the critically acclaimed 'Made In Sheffield' (released in 2008) left off and sees Tony Christie re-discovering his soulful, musical roots. 'Now's The Time!' features collaborations with Jarvis Cocker and Roisin Murphy amongst others, and was produced by friend, fan and one time collaborator Richard Barrett from The All Seeing I.
