Your weekend plans just got a whole lot more interesting. MTV Jams will host a 48-hour live performance marathon this weekend that will include never-before-aired performances from some of today's best MCs.
"Jams Live Weekend" will kick off on Saturday at 6 a.m. ET and wrap up on Monday at 6 a.m. ET, and will feature some of the best live hip-hop performances from the MTV vault, including ones from the MTV Video Music Awards, MTV Movie Awards, mtvU Woodies Awards and Festival, MTV Spring Break and more.

The two-day party will give fans an all-access pass to the inaugural MTV Jams stage from last weekend's mtvU Woodies Awards and Festival from SXSW which included performances James, Scott, Bada$$ and the Clipse's Pusha T.
Not only will you see blazing performances, you'll also get never-before-seen backstage footage, exclusive interviews and performer-hosted playlists of their favorite MTV live hip-hop performances.
On a stage packed with a number of relative newcomers, veteran Pusha T provided some of the highlights of the brand new Jams stage, hitting up G.O.O.D. Music hits "New God Flow" and "Mercy," as well as his buzzing single, "Millions" and "Blocka," from his Wrath of Caine mixtape.
MTV2 will get in on the action as well, with the "Week in Jams" airing backstage interview packages and performances from the MTV Jams stage at 11 a.m. ET on Sunday.
