The supermodel has angered residents at her new $10m apartment building with construction work at her multi-million dollar future home.
Residents at the luxurious Riverhouse in New York City have been forced to 'endure' a year of building work as Banks has four apartments converted into one, the New York Post reports.
Building work on the property was supposed to finish back in October but is now running six months over schedule according to angry residents.
Work on the apartment begins as early as 9am and paint fumes have leaked into nearby apartments, say residents who are seeking up to $100,000 in compensation.
'It's like being on the street where you hear them drilling concrete, but indoors,' one frustrated neighbour told the Post.
Representatives for Banks had no comment.
