Undercover Slut to play Nambucca gig

French/American 'shock rockers' Undercover Slut will bring some glam-anarchy to the UK when they play Nambucca (nambuccalondon.com) on Holloway Road this coming Sunday, August 7th.

With their eclectic mix of glam punk / industrial metal and citing bands like Sex Pistols and New York Dolls as musical influences, the band's strong theatrical image and dramatic make-up has won them a huge fan base not only in their native France but also in the US and yep, on our shores, too ' having received rave reviews in Metal Hammer and Bizarrre magazine. Still, as the band is also passionate about animal rights, don't expect any unfortunate bats to lose their head! Teddy Heavens of LA outfit Rebel Rebel is expected to join the Sluts for two songs.

Undercover Slut's current incarnation are 'O' (the only constant member since 1995), Lex Rex, Fotze and Slide. So if you feel like a dose of shock treatment, get your asses to North London and dress to impress!
