The 37-year-old former Spice Girl and her husband David welcomed daughter Harper Seven in July, but after slipping a disc in the process, she was said to have been warned to stay away from heels by her doctor.
But it looks like the fashion designer is now back to full health after she was pictured looking slim in a pair of tight black trousers and Louboutin platform shoes as she enjoyed a family day out.
A source told The Mirror, 'She looked like she'd stepped off the catwalk, not just had a baby.'
