Victoria Beckham `takes up baking`

The 37-year-old singer-turned-fashion designer welcomed daughter Harper Seven in July and is said to be eager to be able to rustle up tasty treats for her and her three big brothers Brooklyn, Romeo and Cruz.

A source told the Daily Star, “Victoria has decided that she should learn to bake, especially now she has a baby daughter.

“She would love to be able to bake her own children’s birthday cakes and cookies and also teach Harper to cook when she’s old enough.

“Victoria can’t cook, she barely knows how to make a cup of tea, but she feels she needs to become more domesticated.

“Her aim is to know how to knock up a cake in time for Harper’s first birthday next July.

“Victoria thinks it will be good fun and also create a new image for her. She was fascinated by the royal wedding cake on six tiers and has bought Fiona Cairns’s bake-and-decorate book.

“She’s also employed a pastry chef from one of her favourite Hollywood restaurants.”
