The singer’s former partner, who has not been named, claimed she was at a Hal Sparks concert at the Las Vegas Hilton when Neil allegedly stormed in and started screaming obscenities at her and her two friends.
Security at the hotel called Las Vegas Police and, according to TMZ.com, the woman told police Neil got physical with her and one of her friends.
The woman said police took a battery report but it appears Neil was not arrested
The singer is telling friends that he was at the Hilton Hotel but was visiting his own restaurant – the Tres Rios Cantina.
TMZ.com revealed: “According to our source, Neil is telling people he bumped into his ex and did exchange words with her - but he maintains he never touched her.
“In fact, our source says Neil claims it was her who got physical with him in the hotel lobby and he's now considering pressing charges of his own. We're told Neil is confident the whole thing will be resolved shortly.'
