Neil, 49, was lifting Jennifer Wester when he lost his footing, dropped to one knee and slid on the ice to the edge of the rink. Luckily neither of the skaters were seriously hurt.
But the fall wasn't the most embarrassing moment of the show.
That honour went to British host Vernon Kay, who managed to mess up his lines when talking about Wester – calling her 'Brooke' before correcting himself.
Neil was in the bottom two for the second week in a row but was saved from the chop by the audience, who voted off Sean Young.
