Mixtape: Krown the King
Real Spit: Everybody wants to be king, and on his Krown the King mixtape, Wooh Da Kid attempts to sow his royal oats. "I've been working ... Krown the King, I mean everybody feel like they the best, so I definitely feel like I'm the best, the king of it all," Wooh told Mixtape Daily.
Breaking out from Waka Flocka's Brick Squad Monopoly crew, Wooh sets his mark on the Southside-produced "King of Da Jungle." Over the rowdy track, the Atlanta/Queens representer plants his flag, making a number of king-like and murderous proclamations.
On "My Benz," Wooh enlists Waka Flocka to ride over the electric Lex Luger-produced beat, and on "Problem," he links with Gucci Mane. Recently deceased Brick Squad member Slim Dunkin also appears on "All I Ever Wanted" and "Put Your Hands Up." While various members of Wooh's BSM crew appear throughout the tape, he does manage to hold things down for himself on the catchy "I Prefer," "Church" and the bouncy "Bad News."
In the end, Wooh believes he has done more than enough to state his case. "Krown the King, I think I deserve it, man," he said. "We been going hard for a couple of years now. It's finally starting to pay off, so crown the king, man."
Joints to Check For
» "Feeling Good" - "My gut's big, that just mean I'm getting money, I'm feeling good. This my life right now. I ain't got no six-pack, I got a one-pack. You got the ladies always rubbing your stomach; the whole Brick Squad got this. I just telling them I'm eating good, I'm doing good. That's what that's about."
