The X Factor judge will play two charity concerts at London's Royal Albert Hall in December to support disadvantaged young people by raising funds for The Prince's Trust and The Foundation of Prince William and Prince Harry.
The 40-year-old said: 'It's really important to me that disadvantaged young people get the support they need, especially at the moment.
'The Prince's Trust along with The Foundation of Prince William and Prince Harry are both doing great work with young people and I liked the idea of recognising the work of the whole family.
'I hope the money raised through these concerts will make a real difference to young lives.'
Barlow plays the Royal Albert Hall on December 5 and 6 and tickets go on sale on Friday.
