The man that bought you such classics as 'Kings of the Wild Frontier' and 'Prince Charming' returns to the London stage for the second half of his 'The Good, the Mad and The Lovely World Tour of London 2010-11'.
After a string of successful shows in his Punk Rock Winter Campaign, Adam returns to the stage this January to showcase his new material, along with classics from his back catalogue.
The shows lead up to the launch of his new Album, 'Adam Ant is the Blueblack Hussar in Marrying the Gunners Daughter.' Which is due for release this Spring on his own label 'Blueblack Hussar Records'. The self penned, self produced album, written and produced by Adam Ant along with his long time friends Boz Borer and Chris Macarmack, will be his first record release since his 'Wonderful' album in 1995, which achieved great critical acclaim.
Adams recent shows have gained much positive press attention, most notably a 4 star review in The Telegraph ('Adam Ant, one of the most dashing and imaginative creations of the pop age..it was impossible to take your eyes off him' - Daily Telegraph, 25/11), and also a highly complimentary review from Duff MacKagan (Guns N' Roses) who quite simply put 'It was fucking great.'
Adam will be appearing on the 26th and 27th January at the legendary 100 club, and may also be appearing in 2 very exclusive shows at the renowned Ronnie Scotts club on the 18th and 19th January, with more dates to be announced in the coming weeks,
To again quote Duff McKagan, 'if you left Adam and the Ants in the 80's, its time to get acquainted.'
