Overview
The 28-year-old actress admitted that she wasn’t looking for romance when she first hooked up with Shulman two years ago, after her ex Raffaello Follieri was jailed for fraud in 2008.
But just back from a romantic break in Capri with her man, she told Marie Claire that her feelings for him caught her off-guard.
“Adam totally ruined my plan,” she said. “I was really actually looking forward to a little alone time and then I fall in love like a fool.”
Speaking about the relationship she added, “Yes, three years. It’s serious.”
Asked how she coped following the Raffaello Follieri scandal, she admitted that she turned to humour.
“That was how I got through my pain. I wrote funny songs about it. That’s always been the way I deal with things. You make a joke of it.”
