Overview
The 28-year-old actress, who stars alongside Jake Gyllenhaal in new film Love And Other Drugs, in which they play lovers, said that the path to finding true love can be “rocky”.
She told US newspaper the Chicago Sun-Times: 'Most people want love and the journey sometimes is really rocky to find it.
'It's an exploration and an adventure always, it's also one of the most wonderful parts of being alive and one of the worst parts of being alive when it doesn't go well.'
She added: 'The movie [Love And Other Drugs] is about what it takes to let love in, love is hard work and it's scary, and it's all totally worth it.'
Hathaway appears in several sex scenes with Gyllenhaal, 29, in the film, but said that she didn't mind getting naked in front of the cameras.
