Benji Madden dating singer

Benji Madden has stepped out with new girlfriend Eliza Doolittle.

The Good Charlotte musician and the English songstress were photographed arm-in-arm on the streets of Los Angeles on Thursday. The pair looked happy and relaxed in each other's company before heading into a French restaurant for lunch.

Despite Eliza living in England and Benji residing in the US, the couple have formed a bond that apparently started to reveal itself on Twitter. The pair used the social networking site to tease followers about their burgeoning relationship.

Earlier this month, Benji used Eliza's last name to make a play on words.

"Life is GOOD when you DOO what you LOVE (sic)" he wrote, before Eliza re-tweeted the comment. Benji took to his page the next day to write: "Just DOO It (sic)."

Benji has had a number of high-profile relationships in the past. He romanced blonde heiress Paris Hilton in 2008 for around nine months, before most recently dating ex Playmate Holly Madison.

They split in January after two months together.

Benji has also been engaged to Sophie Monk.

Eliza recently broke-up with her childhood sweetheart Ollie, who she dated for around three-and-a-half years.
