Cheryl Cole gives ex Ashley list of demands if he wants her back

Cheryl Cole has given ex-husband Ashley Cole a list of demands of things he has to do if he wants her back.

The 28-year-old pop star has told the Chelsea soccer player ' who she divorced in 2010 after it was revealed he'd had a string of affairs ' she wants a new family home, a high-tech recording studio and a brand new diamond ring before she accepts him back for good.

A source said: "If Cheryl is to face public scrutiny over taking Ashley back she wants to know he prepared to put his money where his mouth is.

"Ashley has got no choice he may have got Cheryl back but it comes at a significant price."

The 30-year-old sportsman is said to have looked at holiday homes in Dubai for them to use, and is determined to make her happy and get a second chance with her.

The source added to The Sun newspaper: "Cheryl and Ashley are not a done deal yet. They've not slept together or even kissed. He has so much to prove to win her back."

The former couple spent all of last weekend together, first of all at her birthday party at London's Sanderson Hotel on Friday (01.07.11) before drinks on Saturday (02.07.11) and a barbecue with friends on Sunday (03.07.11).
