The Promise This singer volunteered to have the sweet treat thrown at her face by 12-year-old Cameron Small, who won the Young Fundraiser of the Year prize at the Pride of Britain Awards.
According to the Britain's Press Association, Small said: 'I threw it hard and it hit her right in the face. Then she put some of it on me.'??
Cole, 27, said: 'It was a small thing to do for such a brave young man.'??
Small won the award after raising more than £95,000 for the Royal Manchester Children's Hospital.
