Cheryl Cole knows Ashley will never change: source

The singer was on the brink of giving the footballer another chance when allegations surfaced that he had been intimate with an air hostess and two models, all days before they went public with their reunion at Cheryl’s 28th birthday party.

A source told the Daily Mail: “Ashley didn’t even apologise ... he said he’d done nothing wrong as they weren’t ‘officially back together’. Cheryl knows deep down that Ash is never going to change. He loves being a playboy and she said he will be forever jumping from girl to girl.”

One of his conquests, former beauty queen and personal trainer Collette McBarron, said Ashley tried to blame marriage for his roving eye.

She said Ashley told her: “Things change when you get married. You go from being someone’s boyfriend to being their husband, it changes quite a lot of things. When you’re someone’s boyfriend, you don’t feel so much responsibility towards that person. Once you’re a husband you can’t act in a way that you would have done if you were a boyfriend.”
