The 28-year-old singer is expected to move back into their old house in Surry at the end of the week, and in a bid to avoid another split, she has written out the vows from their ceremony and will have them displayed in a frame for all to see.
A source told the Daily Star, “Cheryl’s not afraid to wear her heart on her sleeve and thought giving Ashley a reminder of their past happiness was a good way to move forward.
“Cheryl recently said she’ll never get rid of her Mrs Cole tattoo or hide it from fans or photographers.
“She desperately wants to trust Ashley again, so these handwritten vows are the perfect way to give him a reality check of what he promised all those years ago and what he threw away.”
Our source added, “Cheryl has been moving her stuff back in, bit by bit, over the last two weeks.
“The house is full of her possessions again. Security has been stepped up. They want privacy and no nonsense.”
The couple divorced last year after it was alleged that Ashley had been unfaithful. But following Cheryl’s departure from the US X Factor earlier this year, the pair decided to give it another shot.
