She’s been enjoying a successful solo career after jumping ship from Girls Aloud, and Cheryl Cole's new single “The Flood” is a delightful change of pace. The “X Factor” babe tried going a little slower and more introspective on the new track, a different direction than her usual fast-paced dance tracks. Appropriately, the video for “The Flood” is also more low-key, as it was filmed against the dramatic backdrop of the white cliffs on England’s south coast.
