Christina Aguilera loved hearing Ed Sheeran get "down and Dirrty".
The American singer had a huge hit with Dirrty in 2002, with many fans unlikely to forget the leather chaps she sported in the accompanying video.
Yesterday British musician Ed revived the naughty noughties song, taking to BBC Radio 1's Live Lounge, where he presented a mellower version of the track. The star even tried his hand at rapper Redman's part of the song.
Luckily, 34-year-old Christina was completely taken with the cheeky redhead's cover.
".@EdSheeran gets down & #Dirrty?? yesss... you better work @TheRealRedman's rap- yess!!…haha - Love u… XoXtina (sic)," she tweeted, linking to a YouTube video of the recording.
It's not just Ed who can deliver other artists' work with aplomb though. Christina proved her talents during a visit on The Tonight Show with Jimmy Fallon recently, where she was tasked with imitating her former pop rival Britney Spears.
The Voice mentor drew cheers from the audience when she sang popular children's rhyme This Little Piggy in the style of Britney's 1999 hit ...Baby One More Time.
Other artists she emulated included Cher and Shakira.
"Haha! This was so fun. Thanks @jimmyfallon!!! XoXtina (sic)," she posted on Twitter afterwards.
Jimmy also joined in the game, trying his hand at David Bowie and Michael McDonald.
Christina is currently busy with the eighth season of The Voice US, which also stars Pharrell Williams, Blake Shelton and Adam Levine.
