Gwyneth Paltrow and Chris Martin reunited to treat daughter Apple with an entire weekend of birthday celebrations.
The former couple's daughter turned 12 on Saturday (14May16), but the actress and Coldplay frontman extended her big day into a multi-day celebration, starting with a brunch on her actual day of birth.
Gwyneth took to Instagram to post a photo of Apple posing alongside Beyonce and Jay Z's four-year-old daughter Blue Ivy and two other young girls, adding the caption, "Birthday brunch squad #godsistersandbesties."
While Blue celebrated her friend Apple's big day, her mum was getting ready to take the stage at the Rose Bowl in Pasadena, California, where she brought her Formation World Tour on Saturday night.
And Apple's party continued on Sunday (15May16), when the family headed to Disneyland as the birthday girl and her pals spent the day riding the popular amusement park's rides.
However, Gwyneth and Chris sat on the sidelines as they watched their daughter go on a high-octane rollercoaster without them, and the Oscar winner posted a selfie of her and her former husband waiting in the wings.
"When your parents can't handle #thundermountain anymore so they wait for you at the bottom," Gwyneth wrote.
Gwyneth and Chris are also parents to son Moses, who had an unforgettable 10th birthday last month (Apr16), when Chris brought him out on stage in the middle of Coldplay's set in Argentina. The singer presented his son with a cake while the audience in Lima sang happy birthday to him in Spanish.
