Joe Jackson, the father of the late Michael Jackson, was denied his request to gain control of his son's estate. The California appeals court rejected Jackson's bid for administration of the lucrative fund. We reported yesterday that Jackson topped the Forbes list of dead celebrity earners, so it's clear his estate rakes in the cashola.
Joe Jackson was left out of Michael Jackson's 2002 will, mind you. So it's doubtful that he's rolling over in his grave over the news that his father was denied control of his earnings.
