Justin Bieber and his father reportedly smoked marijuana and acted "abusively" during a recent flight.
The 19-year-old star and his dad Jeremy caught a plane from Canada to New Jersey on Friday and NBC News claims to have obtained an official report.
According to the website, Justin and his parent were "extremely abusive", causing a flight attendant to hide in the cockpit.
They also supposedly smoked so much cannabis the pilots were forced to wear oxygen masks.
"The captain of the flight stated that he warned the passengers, including Bieber, on several occasions to stop smoking marijuana," the official report of the incident apparently states. "The captain also stated he needed to request that the passengers stop their harassing behaviour toward the flight attendant and after several warnings asked the flight attendant to stay with him near the cockpit to avoid any further abuse.
"The flight attendant stated the passengers, including Bieber and his father, Jeremy Bieber… were extremely abusive verbally and she would not work another flight with them."
Several sources claim the flight attendant spent much of the trip near the pilots to escape the alleged bad behaviour.
According to officials the private jet was met by DEA and Customs and Border Patrol agents and police when it landed in Teterboro.
They are said to have interviewed Justin separately from other passengers, where he admitted to having consumed alcohol and cannabis.
However, he claimed not to have any additional marijuana with him.
Justin is set to appear in court on March 3 following an arrest made last month in Miami on charges of DUI, driving on an expired license and resisting arrest without violence.
He has also been charged with the assault of a limousine driver and is accused of causing $20,000 of damage by pelting a neighbour's home with eggs.
