Ever the classy young gentleman, Justin Bieber abruptly canceled an appearance on the German variety show Wetten Das on Saturday after a guest on the show was hospitalized during a stunt-gone-wrong. According to The Associated Press (via PopEater,) Samuel Koch, 23, was attempting to jump over a moving car (driven by his father,) when he fell, suffering multiple back fractures during the live broadcast of the popular German show. Biebs then pulled out of his scheduled appearance, taking to Twitter to ask his army of fans to send good wishes to Koch. Just wanted to let my people in Germany know...
