Bieber may only be 16-years-old but the singer says he is going to use his power to help people.
While at Variety magazine's fourth Annual Power of Youth event in Los Angeles on Sunday, Justin told reporters: 'I think that I'm pretty powerful.
'I think that being powerful you have to do something good with that power.'
According to Hollyscoop.com, the U Smile singer added: 'We're helping build schools, we've already built fifteen with the charity Pencils for Promise.
'We just like the fact that young people can help out young people.'
