Justin Bieber has been accused of fleeing the scene after hitting a photographer with his car.
The Canadian singer spent yesterday evening at Laugh Factory on Sunset Strip, Los Angeles. He left the venue at around 11.45pm local time in his white Ferrari, with his pal Lil Twist in the vehicle as a passenger.
According to TMZ there were many members of the paparazzi there trying to secure an image of the 19-year-old star. He is said to have gestured for the waiting photographers to move so he could drive away, which is when the incident reportedly occurred.
"When he drove off he appeared to pin one of them between the Ferrari and a parked car," reports the publication.
"Justin did not stop. It's unclear if he even knew someone was claiming he had been hit."
The photographer was apparently taken straight to hospital, although it's unknown whether he actually suffered an injury. Unconfirmed reports suggest he may have a problem with his leg.
Police are currently at the scene, but it is unknown whether they are planning to talk to Justin.
This is the latest in a string of legal problems the star has been involved in. Last week, a Miami photographer accused the star's bodyguard of threatening him with a gun while he tried to snap him.
The teenager has also been linked to drug use and has been accused of driving his car at dangerously high speeds around the gated community where he lives. One neighbour confronted him about his behaviour, with Justin reported to have spat in his face and threatened to kill him.
