Justin Bieber is tipped to be planning a world tour alongside Ariana Grande, which could see them performing together.
In August the 21-year-old singer confirmed his new album will hit stores on November 13 (15) - the same day boy band One Direction's latest record goes on sale.
It seems Justin is planning a series of shows to promote the LP, with a source suggesting he wants Ariana, 22, to help go on the road with him.
"The whole thing will hopefully end in several (US) stadium dates with special guest Ariana Grande," the insider told New York Daily News. "This is in the very early stages but serious conversations are taking place.
"They would both perform their solo hits then team up together for several duets."
Although planning is ongoing, Justin and Ariana are both said to be excited about the prospect of working together.
If the plan does pan out, it won't be the first time the pair have hit the stage together. Justin joined Ariana for two of her shows this year (15), including one in Los Angeles where they teamed up for a couple of songs.
"There is a ton of crossover in their fan base," another source explained. "If it does happen, it will be the top tour of 2016, pulling in hundreds of millions for the two singers."
Justin will be the headline act, but the proposal is thought to be for the two to work together a great deal. That would mean them deciding what to sing as a pair, offering some solo songs and reteaming for a finale.
Both Justin and Ariana have been the subject of some negative headlines of late. After a wild year which saw Justin in trouble with the police for egging his neighbour's home and arrested for DUI, he appeared to be getting his life back on track. However, during a recent show he appeared to smoke marijuana on stage.
Ariana was forced to apologise after she was caught on camera licking doughnuts which were going to be sold to other people and slamming Americans.
